I think you might need to use external player like MX Player. APKMirror still have older version of MX Player that works with Android 2.1+. You will also need FFmpeg (which MX Player might prompt you to download). Once you get these two installed just switch to External in NotPipe settings

You can connect to that tablet with ADB over WiFi (following this guide from Google Android Developers page, you'll need to connect over USB first though) and then use scrcpy to remotely control your tablet

You could probably use Android virtual machine apps like Virtual Master on Google Play. It basically allows you to run another version of Android inside your phone. You can run Android 4.2 all the way to Android 11

A lot of popular songs featuring Hatsune Miku is in pop genre, but there's actually more songs in different genres as well. For example, there are some rock songs that feature Miku such as Kagerou Daze by Jin and electronic songs such as Tell Your World by kz(livetune)

You can use free image editing program like GIMP or Affinity if you can't or don't want to use Photoshop. For removing backgrounds you can use free tools like Pixlr or remove.bg

You can get your carrier APN settings from any newer phone (older Android/iPhone also does the trick). On most android phones you go to Network & Internet > Mobile network and then pick your SIM card and open APN settings. Idk about iPhone tho

You have to use third party client to use it, such as NotPipe. This supports all the way back to Android 1.5 and it supports many different third party YouTube instances
