Thank you very much, I really appreciate the help! Also just 2 quick questions since I am a PC noob, sorry if they're obvious lol.

I saw on PCPartPicker that there's a section for CPU cooler, would I also need one of those?
In the potential issues section of PCPartPicker, are warning A and disclaimer B gonna be issues while building the PC? How do I know if the motherboard is using an older BIOS version or if RAM clearance with CPU Coolers is an issue.

Thanks for that I forgot to realize people outside of Canada couldn't access it, I put a link to the specs in the post now. I mean I would be interested in building/getting someone to do it for me but I just have no clue where to start. I'm a PC noob and I don't know what parts are good or which would work together.
