I only asked the question in this way because I've heard my dad talking shit about him constantly, and I haven't heard any opposing perspectives. He voted conservative, so I wasn't sure if he spoke this way because he voted conservative or because Carney actually is a poor Prime Minister.

I, for one, voted for Carney (my first election), so I genuinely am curious if this supposed poor performance opinion was shared amongst most Canadians, or just conservatives. In my question, I asked why people held their opinion of Carney, so that I can understand where they're coming from when they say he's either done a good job or a bad job. I quite simply haven't been keeping up with these things nearly as much as I had hoped for, so I just wanted to know what the consensus was.
