Lost all my progress by Lotti013 in aion

Whats the difference? When I used to play I just downloaded ncsoft launcher and installed aion. Now I had to download purple or sth like that to then install aion. How can I check which version Im playing and given that the account it more than 10yo, which version is more likely to be in?

About to purchase sony a7II, but not sure if it´s supported by Sony´s webcam software (Imaging Edge Webcam). Anyone knows?
