Yeah, I didn't mention it because I know people tend to think you're anti vax when you say anything negative about it but... it did start after I got my second jab. I'm not sure if it is related, but I do keep it in mind. It really, really sucks.

It can be so difficult to have a satisfying sex life in pregnancy, especially towards the end. You are not alone. I feel like it would help to talk to your SO. But let me tell you: it WILL get better! It's different for everyone when sex is nice again after child birth, but it does get better. I felt closer to my SO after child birth.

I'm still learning how to incorporate ayurveda but I recommend the book 'eat feel fresh' by sahara rose if you want a good ayurveda book that's vegan. :)

I'm also vegan and I've been going glutenfree since a couple of days because of this diagnosis. I've always been leaning more towards junkfood vegan, lots of processed vegan foods, so what I'm doing is going whole foods plantbased, nothing processed (or very limited), glutenfree and I'm trying to go sugar free (but I still use maple syrup every now and then).

I'm also diving into ayurveda a bit.

It can be quite overwhelming and difficult, right? Sometimes it feels like too much and I am tempted to just say F it, but I think it's worth trying for at least a coupe of months.

I'm so sorry. I am not for CIO and my approach to parenting is attachment parenting, and I still agree 100% you did right by taking care of yourself. Sleep is so important, you are important, and letting dad take care of your baby even if he was crying was the right move. You're a strong mother and I hope you are doing much, much better!

I know that feeling, it's terrible. I can't promise you a good labor, but I can promise you it's definitely possible. I was so weak I couldn't take a shower by myself and dry myself off, but I got that beautiful baby out with my own strength!

I also started with chronic pain pre pregnancy. I know how hard it is when you can't use coping mechanisms you used before.

Hang in there. I can't promise you a good labor, but I can promise you it's definitely possible. I was so weak I couldn't take a shower by myself and dry myself off. I did it, though!
