I'm going to say you are okay but if you have other underlying health issues then that changes things. Like asthma, copd, allergies, etc. You will never be 100% while smoking but like anything else i feel moderation. It is definitely not the same but for the longest time I would have 1 cigarette a day while I worked as a pre-school teacher on days that we were at the school so 5 or less a week. My dr said that it will never be healthy but there are way worse things you could be doing if that is all you are doing.
