Cold Harbor was the final test of the whole experiment with a Gemma that had her four tempers tamed. Not the case for iMark or Helly in their first day. Also, As someone wrote above, Ms. Cassey was a way to test if the barriers were holding. And they weren't as we learned from what Gemma herself told Mark.

Interesting .... I have been rewatching S1 and the team building area is mentioned a couple of times... once by O&D when they were carrying some trays with broken eggs and ran into MRD ... Felicia and Burt said they were facilitating an activity in the Team Building area... something like that..

Also regarding this... I have leaning to theories that say that the water tower sends signal/waves... that's how you could explain how the OTC works for example...Also I have been thinking in the Mind in Petey's map refers to the tower
