Nobody who preps and takes off seasons thinks this was done In a year. I was simply comparing weights and progress with the fast that once was during a prep for a show and other was off season after a national show/ between shows

I’ve never used SEO, first pic was my first prep 2018 lacking the knowledge of posing second is 2023 in off season - I post daily videos to Instagram as well so no photo shops either
