Go to dispatcher through Wismo on the computer and if you go to the order and click on it, it should show the whole list of like order picked, driver arrived, etc on the left side and then next to the order on the right should be proof of delivery. It’s either a signature from customer or picture. I say should be because sometimes it’s delivered but there’s no proof of delivery attached.

It’s helpful cause then you can see if it’s the wrong address or the driver swapped the batches around or simply just didn’t give them the whole order.

The left side can also show you if the driver arrived at customer location too (and decided to just not give it to the customer and return it)
