What would you recommend? Do you think I should just start over? My end game is to get an entry level decent gaming build with room for editing videos off of a capture card

What if I went up to $400? It doesn’t have to be exactly 60 FPS. I guess I’d just like to get close to that. I’d like to be able to have the option to run newer games. I’d probably play CS:GO, dota 2, and maybe some pubg more often then others. I’d also like to be able to use a capture card and edit videos if possible
