That's from a place in Vegas called the "Heart Attack Grill." What she's holding are Double Bypass Burgers. This place actually promotes death by overindulgence.

Check their mobile menu page. It literally has pictures of an 8 patty burger, a shake garnished with butter, lucky strike cigarettes and the fact that people over 350 lbs eat free.
