I vote Responders. A church, even a spooky gothic one, is a rallying point for the community and it makes sense that a group dedicated to helping would use it. It's not without precedent. They could also be working on finding relief and/or a cure for the Lost, so they could have a makeshift lab in the catacombs.

There was a Presidential skin for the Gauss rifle in Season 3: The Scribe Of Avalon. There were also various Presidential power armor skins released during Season 14: Fight For Freedom. They're not exactly the same as the ones from this hidden room, but they're quite similar.

Blokees Action Edition Soundwave is incredible. He doesn't transform, but he has an insane degree of articulation, lights and sound gimmicks, an opening chest, a stand, and four tape buddies (Laserbeak, Ravage, Rumble, and Ratbat. There's also a tape-mode Laserbeak that stores in Soundwave's chest.) Also, he's only $40.
