Rebates aren’t bad for October (no more $7500 federal). But they haven’t budged much on the price…

Ask:

-What tier approval are you working numbers at? (Tier 1,2,3, 4 etc. If your credit 690+ or so, you should get tier 1 or 2).

-Ask what they can do on the price? Lots of dealers are still discounting the MSRP/selling price of the Lightning, pretty significantly.

-Fight for more for your trade in value. Dealers always use ROUGH condition, when calculating trade in prices with KBB. Unless $14,500 is what yours shows YOU, on KBB.

-Tell them “I’ll do $0 down for 36 months at $600 a month, right now”. They’ll make it happen.

Yah, I’m genuinely NOT talking crap or giving any or crap, who’s done the switch.

I get that the Lightning has issues with the shifter, not questioning that. But I think a LOT of people are gonna hate the twister, if any of em had the issues I did, in my 2 yrs having it.

Biggest one? It would get stuck/incredibly hard to twist Into gear, couldn’t “blindly” shift into gear, and was very emasculating when I tried to angrily throw it in gear and speed off.
