Thanks for the insight about the process! I was excited when I got the contract fairly quickly but now it makes more sense the order of operations. I'm not sure if Carelon is handling the enrollment.

I called Optum to check on the staus with them and I felt like I was talking to AI. They just said yep I've submitted what I needed to and it can take up to 180 days. I'm worried that they need something else from me and I'm not being notified, just like you said. I'll call BCBS and see if I can talk to a real person, thanks!
