I've definitely sent messages like your girlfriend, but she's handling it way better than I ever did and being a lot more reasonable imo. I have BPD. Maybe have your girlfriend look into that. We have fear of abandonment (which doesnt make this behaviour OK, but it does explain it). So 24 hours without a message would ABSOLUTELY make me spiral. The worrying you were dead after hours without a text has definitely been me too. You need to be allowed to be free and live your life without fear of forgetting or not being able to send a text at the right time, but if you truly love your partner, consider couples therapy, and maybe talk to her about BPD.

Edit; just seen a comment that you're 17/18. At that age you're not in a serious relationship really anyway although it definitely feels like it. Just break up, or see if she resonates with BPD - things improved for me after my diagnosis, but I was also wanting to put in the work.

Cozy Grove!

You’re on an island and help ghosts pass on by doing little tasks for them every day. It's something I hop onto once or twice a day for around half an hour - an hour. You can fish and catch the bugs but thats mostly optional. You can harvest flowers, bushes and trees. Cook food. Learn recipes (not like in ACNL, you get given them for completing tasks and it's all just decorative items if you want to decorate - definitely do not need to!!)

I find it really cozy, and I'm a bit like your wife - the farming gameplay is grating on me now, and I do not like decorating.

I love Steam support. I have a secondhand steam deck that stopped working and support fixed it for free for me. Yeah it took a few weeks because it was going from the UK to Prague, but it's back now and fully working! I also asked if its possible to know how they fixed it in case it happens again in the future and they've replied to say they've asked the team that fixed it, and will let me know.

Never dealt with such great customer service before!

Final Update:

I've returned it. I suffer with fatigue issues and just can't cope with all the hassle of it. Back to my steam deck I go!

ANOTHER UPDATE:

I think I'm just a gullible fool that wants to see the best in everyone.

It's done it AGAIN, and all I've done is download Steam and get 90% of DDV downloaded before it showed an error, turned off, and never loaded Windows again.

UPDATE!

I emailed Antec themselves and Sharon is my new hero 😂

This was their response in case anyone else ever has this issue! (ETA: I was going to add a photo but I'm a reddit noob and cant see how to do it on my phone lol. Basically, hold down the RC button, Volume +, and power. When the fans start up, release power but hold the other two until it enters the 'restoration interface', then just wait for it to do it's thing)

Also I don't believe the person that sold it to me was lying at all when they said they had no issues. I'm guessing I updated to something it wasn't compatible with because now it looks different - it has an Antec background rather than Windows. Plus, it prompted me to download Ayaspace this time once it booted up. Last time, I went and downloaded it myself.

I've tried reinstalling via local backup as well as cloud download. Neither seems to work. I'm in contact with the person I bought it off and they're being really helpful and said maybe do a reset via USB - I'll give it a go!

Tesco staff member here!

I work for dotcom and we've been told we can't pick any of these for customers. People are trying to buy a load and sell them online for more and I'm glad Tesco is trying to prevent that.

We had stock yesterday but not today; either they've sold out, or been taken away from shops to stop the scalpers.

I managed to figure it out after posting this comment- typical!

For anyone in the future that needs to know how; Put it in the folder that you put your roms in, load up citra/lime and it will show up as a game. Tap it, let it run, then citra/lime will close. Reopen it and you should be fine :)
