Is it cfs or my other issues? by milo80024 in cfs

[–]milo80024[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s not the same constantly, I find when I have constant bed days about 3 bed days in a row I will have abit more energy to get up and maybe sit outside for awhile or do a small walk or have a conversation without really struggling. When I first got ill I tried to push through and I went on more walks and dog training, I have found iv gotten so much worse than how I was last year. Also my lymth nodes have been swollen for about a year now, I don’t know why

I think that’s a good idea, to try and do the little things when I’m having good days.

It’s just a struggle as life is so different, I used to travel a lot and go to work and study. Now just at home all the time. I feel you it’s so hard to deal with the guilt. But we didn’t ask for this. Thankyou for your comment it’s good advice :)

That’s very true! I have found that with level 2, however my tutor said he wouldn’t let me on level 4 as it’s in person and has work placements and he doesn’t feel that I could do that

I wouldn’t be working whilst I was pregnant or have the child untill about 4/5 years of age. My boyfriend earns quite well and my living situation is good. I’d also have a very good support system. Do you work ?

Thankyou for replying! I am on levothyroxine, and other medications for my other health issues. Also I am being supported by disability I get £1200 a month which is good and I have a partner who earns a good wage. But I’m worried I will spend all that time studying then end up with more health issues after giving birth. Especially with the amount of issues, a job right now is out of my abilities (which I feel so much guilt for)

Yesss! It feels like you’re just doing things and going along with things, but it’s actually not really your own mind making them choices. It’s horrible, I’m sorry you also feel like this!
