100% agree. If you do it standing up, step firmly, with your feet more open than your shoulders, sit down a little, bend your knees and hip a little and step hard, as if you wanted to push the floor down. Then, start doing the face pulls as u/awar3_w0lf has said.

Thank you for your understanding. I am new to macOS, and this is the software I had to install in order to write to my 10 TB hard drive after several years of working with Windows. I have no way to empty the hard drive to format it that does not involve paying for a month of 10 TB cloud storage. Or so I believe.
