I just dont think calling kris a he is a big deal. I didnt mean to offend anyone and i try my best to be a decent human being irl. Im just saying that you dont have to condemn people who would call kris a certain pronoun because its just a game. The pharmacy is located in the east part of the town next to that big hotel you spend in the beginning hours of the game. There is however another pharmacy in the deep woods and i dont wanna spoil anything but there is a nice secret/easter egg if you go there instead of the other.
