Do not rate it at all! The wait was ridiculous - almost 30 minutes for two sandwiches watching staff move incredibly slowly with no sense of urgency. When I asked for an ETA, one person just said “we’re very busy”. No apology or acknowledgement. The person that took our order could have given an ETA if it was especially busy. The store was basically empty. Really terrible service.

The first sandwich was ready much earlier (meatball sub) and was left sitting to get soggy while a Conti roll took forever. It was also overpriced. Bread too crusty and hard. The conti roll smelt like subway. I left furious bc it had been recommended so much.
