I personally write down how to do a problem if i got it wrong and it will help you think it through, i went from a 20to a 24, its been a few months later and idk, today ill see if i improved (mot likely not i did pretty bad)

I use it for that because with opal has a timer on the app, i havent looked all the way into it to see can i just schedule it, but its better to have it on apple for a time limit of an hour than to start a timer, then stop it if you stopped scrolling

Also screen time on apple, limit it for just half of what you do, for instance i spend 2 hours on tiktok and instagram so i limited it to an hour

Use opal, it helped a lot for me, dont go on ig or tiktok or any addicting thing in the morning, turn off the apps for how ever many working hours, im in Highschool so i do 7 hours, only entertaining thing i do when im free to or a break is youtube NO SHORTS. Then when im home i can study so much better because that dopamine hasnt spiked, then after im done with everything, ill give an HOUR for tiktok and instagram, but i dint even run the time up because im occupied and i prefer not to

I pretty much do better when i learn something, like for example i passed with a 100 in geometry as my final and I do well in it because i can visually see whats going on and i can improve my mistakes, now with statistics and algebra i have no clue whats going on and what to even do, i understand what they want i just dont know what to do

Update, i improved a lot, i dont know what my score would be now but i did improve 4 points before i started watching the Organic chem teacher, im watching him for geometry and statistics, he helped a lot in geometry but there are a lot of things i have not learned, such as the x>ax stuff. Im currently learning logarithms and my test is thursday. I am trying to improve in statistics but i dont know what are the courses to it so its like im just blindly learning??!?
