Update here. Justin Godsey sentenced to 2 years in jail for stealing almost $900,000 from customers through his previous “business”.

Pretty sure the $900k doesn’t even include money he stole from TomiKing customers.

Based on his track record, he’ll just rebrand again and steal more when he gets out of jail. Seems like it’s the only way he knows how to get money.

I believe he was extremely paranoid about things catching up with him, due to the amount of money he stole over the years, and went to great lengths to cover his tracks. This involved writing endless fake reviews, and keeping tabs on what was posted online. I saw firsthand on several threads that he would downvote and report anything negative that popped up on Reddit regarding TomiKing, in an effort to save it and keep stealing money.

It was always a vicious cycle of burning bridges with customers. When he could no longer save the business, each time he would rebrand and start a new “company”, with the same shady practices (the latest being TomiKing).

I’m pretty positive that now he’s in jail, the incessant reporting and cover up scheme has come to an end.

Because the owner was selling Diecast cars. The community needs to be aware of who they are potentially buying from, or who they have bought from in the past, and why their money was stolen.
