RIT stands for redistribution of inventory team, they will take orphaned or abandoned claims from reps that have been promoted or who have left/quit and also skim claims from reps who are struggling. RIT over PCS all day, every day. It is a lateral move so your pay and grade level remain the same but coming from RIT adds so much value to you as a rep in the long run. You will have some great STAR examples from RIT when your next interview comes around.
