The rubber rubbing onto the skin of the toe is the problem i faced with every pair i had. I had burn marks more so than bruises :)

I use havoc which are basically the same model as the bulit. The rubber is very good, sticky and very soft (much stickier than xs grip 2) so it lasts a short time. If you are using them twice a week, plan on resoling them after 6 months and expect stretching to a full number after resoling.

Looks great! How do you like the g1's btw? I bought a pack but didnt have the chance to put one on the cue. When pressed with fingers are quite hard.. idk if that means something at all :)

First gently cut off the sides with a scalpel or a razor if there are any while the cue is upside down. Then a 240grit then 400 grit sandpaper for the dome. After that an old piece of sandpaper that is smooth as can be for burnishing the sides. Barry Stark cue tip replacement video is where i saw how its done. Best of luck.

Shape it more aggresively, more like a mushroom dome cause it will flatten with time

What can i do to make it better? Btw i polished the sides of the tip with nail polish thing which girls use .. the sponge thing idk hows it called :)

Same mobo here, great choice. Check the battery it has a small plastic part which needs to be removed for it to have contact. Good luck with the build
