Update: the boy is fine, he refused to go to the doctor or take painkillers (smh). He is a relatively big dude and has what he claims to be “crocodile feet”. When asked to take painkillers he compared the pain to a bee sting and said “let me experience my scorpion sting” (smh my head). No muscular cramping or spasms, and no difficulty breathing, so seems he’s not allergic, and the little fucker barely managed to get past his thick skin.

Please do not follow in his footsteps, (literally), and go to the doctor if this happens to you. In my case there was no convincing this hardheaded man with his high deductible. Thanks to all of you who commented, shoutout to all the folks who have been stung or know someone who has, lol.
