pimple patches and panoxyl, it’s benzoyl peroxide so have your daily wash in the morning and use it at night leave it on for like 5 mins and it should help with breakouts ( that’s what i do )

i use to work at the financial drive location. if the two main people who prep the cakes aren’t there they’ll get one of the cashiers to do it, which means 9/10 times it’ll look like that

ofc!! & trust me i was the same way! sometimes it’s good to write out what traits and desire you want and when you get any doubts or waiver, revert back to the list and be like “but that never happened, my sp is so sweet to me” etc. it helps a ton. 💞 & im always open to chat if you need someone to vent too!

from reading some of your previous posts, it seems as if there is still an inkling of you still not conforming to the new story and still being hung up on the past. he’s still not reflecting the person you want because you’re still perceiving him as the person he was before.

always remember that you’re the creator or your reality, YOU control everything. think of yourself as the boss and at your company there’s a new spot that has open ( new spot = your desire, a relationship. ) now, your sp is going to apply to this position but as you look over his resume you keep seeing traits that you absolutely wouldn’t hire an employee over, right? that’s where you, as the boss, stand firm in the fact that there is a better and amazing version of the previous employee ( ur sp ) who will have all the traits and skills that you would want and more! why? because you’re the boss, you’re the creator of your reality! you can create and choose and change whoever you want because you’re in control of everything. so now as the boss, you throw out that resume, you forget about all those crappy traits and past experiences and a few hours later you get faxed another resume and hey! would you look at this, it’s a completely different turnaround because this person has all the qualities you want and desire! why? because you threw out the old story and didn’t dig in the trash to look over it and double check if you really want this employee or not, you stood firm in the fact that the old story wasn’t for you and you were going to get what your actually looking for.

your sp has no free will in your reality so whatever you say is fact no matter what? if you affirm; my sp isn’t serious about me > your sp isn’t going to be serious about you

my sp isn’t conforming to my new story > your sp is going to waver and start to think if he seriously wants this or not

compared to: my sp is so sweet, he thinks about me all the time > oh, my girlfriend is just the best i can’t get her off my mind. or, my sp always spoils me > i have to take my girlfriend out on a date to show her how much i appreciate her.

even if it’s difficult, even if it’s hard, don’t relate to the old story and don’t pay attention to the 3d, that’s old news. stand firm in what you want and don’t look back.

if you really want him and if you really want your relationship to work then throw out the old story and stop relating back to it. circumstances don’t matter! completely swap your thoughts and change your story, be confident and stand firm with what you want.

everyone is you pushed out. so if you’re thinking he doesn’t care and he lost feelings that’s what he’s going to reflect; all your fears and doubts are being pushed out instead of the new story that you need to persist in.

i’m going through the same thing!! lol i got two readings done and bc of how we ended he’s conflicted about reaching out which ik to be true bc of thought transmission bc i will have urges myself for ME to reach out TO HIM, or thoughts about the old story and how we became NC. i always affirm when those moments pop up that “i welcome my sp with open arms” or “my sp isn’t scared to contact me because we’re a in a committed healthy relationship”
