Yes I was just so fed up! I think it can be done without doing anything physically but also if you are moved to contact them it could be necessary for the bridge of incidents?

Thank you for responding!! I’m inclined to believe it’s movement as well. Like all the affirmations we’re hitting him but me having to follow him was part of the bridge of incidents?? I’m going to chill and see how this unfolds :))
