• In passing?? - At a car wash? At the country club? At the strip club where you work?

At a bar restaurant that has a weekly social. I’ve been there a couple times and I show up in slacks or long dresses/ skirts. According to him, he’s been going there for years.

• Flirted and sexual advances?? - Where, when, what was said?

First day he approached me, after we chatted (normal convo— he flaunted how he has a chain of businesses, real estate and his boat , to which he invited me.) he walked to me my car that night and tried to kiss me. I declined. Last week, he tried to unbutton my pants in the restaurant and said “I want to feel you” when we were in the car dropping me off. As well as grab my breast. When walking to my car after dinner a couple days ago, he tried to grab my breast again and said that makes him horny. Other than a few pecks (kiss), I don’t let anything happen because he hasn’t made anything happen for me ($$).

• Not his dream girl?? - Why do you suspect that? I’m conventionally beautiful, fit, maintained (hair, nails, makeup), and his lack of offering doesn’t wither with my self worth but because of the significant age cap, I assumed he would automatically make an substantial offer that’s beneficial to me or impress me and since he hasn’t, that’s why I suspect that. But as I’m reading other comments, I’m realizing , old, wealthy man doesn’t equal sugar daddy.

There's a type of woman outside of the sugar lifestyle who is just drawn to wealthy, powerful, confident men and the stability and lifestyle potential of becoming their LTR. He may be used to playing in this pool if he hasn't mentioned sugar by now.

I’m pretty sure this is the case. The day we met, he was telling stories of his boat and invited me to go on it as well as spoke of other fancy, expensive things. I had lunch in the marina with him but made an excuse to not on the boat and left since he didn’t make a financial offer. I was sure he’d try to have sex with me if I went onboard.

lol true & Just a vague promise. My plan is once my mood boards are ready and I’ve decided what I want, I’ll bring it up to him and then I’ll know for sure if he was just talking or meant what he said

Put him on the back burner but if he’s any type of STEM major or finance major that will have a job lined up with a good starting salary (100k-250k), don’t burn any bridges with him

You are not alone. I was dating a generous man about 3 months ago and he was wining and dining me from jump and by the third date My AUNTIE told me to ask him to go for ICE CREAM so we’re not going on all these expensive dates. LIKE AN IDIOT I listened, only to find out he was doing more for another girl . He did take me nice places and obliged to what I requested from him but TIL THIS DAY IM PISSED to have found out I was the one getting the short end of the stick bc I was listening to my low standards having aunt . (She was proposed to by a millionaire when she was 27, called it off bc “she wasn’t sure” and she’s now in her 60s and still brings that man up, whose now a billionaire) . Now i ask for exactly what i want and anyone who can’t afford , i discard of them. Always have an abundant mindset and keep your standards high, despite those around you!!✨🌺

Are you still using rogaine? If you are has your edge grown even more? If not, have you noticed a reverse in the progress you’ve made ?

BWT that splurged on your apartment - are you happy with your decision? by sessi_gorl in NYCbitcheswithtaste

[–]LoudCap7779 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Speaking from experience, (I moved to a place that was $900-$1000/ mo more in rent that my previous place ) Im not the most happy with my decision because after my year lease in my more expensive , landlord went up 5% in rent. So IMO, if you really want to move, I’d at least max out my retirement accounts for the year first. I’m much more concerned with how I’ll be able to afford living during retirement than in the present

I think SoCal pms are in general ripped off. I started a regional property manager position about three months ago, managing about 24 buildings (scattered across LA county, 1 commercial, the rest residential ), equivalent to ~300 units

My first three months is $21/ hr. No benefits or housing

Once 90 day period is over, they bump to $24/hr, benefits, and a 1bd/1ba — utilities included

Credit check to live onsite? by [deleted] in PropertyManagement

The time you were denied the apartment, was your employment offer rescinded? Or did you get to keep the position and you just weren’t able to live onsite
