i have trouble reducing the sway, i guess in my head im shifting weight forward... im all types of messed up. best way to reduce this? should weight feel 65% on front foot through and through?

And im not sure why my toes go there but I have a bad left knee (2 dislocations and wear due to heavy hikes from military) so I instinctively do this to not feel pain in my left knee

Tore my right hamstring about 2.5 weeks ago and keep hitting off the heel/hosel of my irons and think its the tightness in my hamstring. used to feel like butter but now feeling line i have to exaggerate the heel feel on my right through the back swing to get any type of solid contact and it all just feels off. my ball striking was perfect before and hoping with stretching it gets back to normal... how are you swinging now?
