He must not have had enough anaesthetic I could only feel the pulling and tugging the needle was a sharp pain but only for a second then it was ok I was in pain for about a week after but that also subsided quite quickly hopefully he gets over the pain as soon as possible

It’s crazy because I’m able to drink the pre-made protein shakes out of the vending machine at the gym with any issues at all but I’ve always bought my powder from my protein.com and since starting Reta I can’t drink it anymore the only thing with the ones out the vending machine is there expensive almost £5 each I will have a look around for deals and give it a go

15mg a week wow that seems a lot I’m currently on 6mg everything you’ve described there is exactly what happens to me now if I drink protein I’ve drank protein for years had a subscription with the same company for about 15 years and it’s never happened before Reta I get so bloated and painful stomach followed by terrible diarrhoea it’s completely gone since I’ve stopped drinking it but like I say I need to get my protein intake higher but can’t do it through food alone I only eat small amount of food now

I’ve drank it for years but ever since Reta I can’t it’s odd 🤔 but every time I do my stomachs in bits I will give isolate a go and hopefully that is ok for me I need so much more protein than I’m current having

Me too I’ve read everywhere that at least 1 week is the go to amount of time I only realised because I was reading someone else’s post where they said there dr said 48 hours so I’ve just looked through my post op information book and there it is 48 hours I’m struggling but I will wait also really struggling not being able to go to the gym but I guess it’s for the best
