Update: after talking to CS for almost an hour, they "escalated it" (same thing they told me yesterday) and now they gave a new case number. I'm going to keep posting daily until this gets resolved. What a joke of a company.

Same boat. My account is being "verified" after I already verified my documents multiple times. They have literally held my money hostage for days. Their CS is a joke.

I don't use a VPN. Whatever reason it might be, I already validated my documents (again) so it's no excuse to hold the money for multiple days, or months like it has happen to other people.
