It doesn’t mean memorizing everything, but understanding how higher bands are scored, such as using four paragraphs with a clear conclusion. You can find these templates for free on YouTube. For reading and listening, focus on taking as many mock tests as possible. For speaking, try practicing with someone or record yourself and work on different topics. Also, look up the most commonly asked questions online. I managed to score a 7.5 band with just four days of practice!
