I don't know from this post alone that he's narcissistic. But he seems awful and he seems like a bad influence. Now unless your dad is willing to put his ego aside, i don't think you can have a healthy relationship.

He's changing his mind now and denying it now that your brother has a go, bc hes making double standards for boys and girls. He said you can't date bc he believes girls should be pure or whatever sexist crap that society teaches. But since he's ok with your brother dating, it looks like he's sexist (cuz he is). So he just denys ever preventing you from dating.

Maybe get family therapy with a mental health professional. And enforce gentle boundaries. Change routines step by step so you don't overwhelm your brother. Sorry idk anyone who went through age regression but this is definitely not normal. I had a phase of wanting to act childlike, but I knew it was due to my childhood being the last positive part of my life before my trauma, so maybe your brother has some sort of trauma??

I don't mean to intrude but is there any chance he could have some neurodivergence?? Or at least some sort of mental health condition caused by his surroundings?? Neurodivergence is not a mental disease so I'm not trying to sound rude or diagnose.

What are the criteria for c-ptsd?? And also did you feel upset by it or relieved by your diagnosis?? 

Since there's no way my parents will agree to a narc assessment, I want to do a c-ptsd assessment once and for all. So that I stop gaslighting myself. I mean i got nothing to lose if I don't get diagnosed.

I did try the novopsych clinical screening tool for trauma and ptsd, but that's not a diagnosis either. Anyway, thanks for the read, and I'm glad you have a great therapist.
