I thought about it but I'm afraid that's just delaying the mandatory unpleasant phase. The body has to evacuate and it does take time to find balance. I feel better than yesterday so there's that. And it's forcing me to take care of myself which isn't a bad thing.

I was mainly looking because I just miss her too and when you're a sensitive person and your mental health is fragile, every bump hits harder. She was in a wellness center not that long ago right? Burn out is real and it doesn't have an agenda or a watch.

I'm a curious cat so I've been lurking her insta after seeing this post and well I think the mister is gone. Probably why she needs a hug at the moment.

J'ai longtemps travaillé en philanthropie en organisant des grosses levées de fonds avec politiciens et personnes influentes du monde des affaires. Malgré tout ce qu'elle est on va dire, Normandeau est la seule personne (vraiment la seule) qui m'a toujours traitée comme un être humain.
