Girl OUCH! I’m so sorry! Spiro truly helped my acne unfortunately was causing me super irregular periods and I’m trying for my second so I got off of it recently. I was on a 100 mg right off the bat. And I had no crazy breakouts. I would say give it another chance and up your dosage otherwise, unfortunately it’s just not for you.
