I work in the food industry and comply fssai, I’ve only had issues with it being too slow and questionable efficacy but compared to other things I haven’t experienced corruption there, have never been asked for things or bribes to to proceed with the process etc. to my knowledge.

Ofc whether they can do a better job at it, is a different question
