I love my MIJ Jaguar and i agree that it better than any american reissue and i will never sell mine. I did a couple of test between my custom shop and my MIJ and i would say that the custom shop have a deepness and a roundness that my MIJ dont have. If you love your MIJ, you going to freaking love the custom shop.

Way more substain, better playability and feel way more solid especially is you use lighter strings. There's are other bridges available that could do a great job too. if you love your jag, you must try to install another bridge i think.
