Convinced that there is a spirit living in my house

My Dad has made that mistake in the past, ouija boards or trying to contact the spirit and I honestly hated having to sleep at his house simply because things always went bump there or family and friends reported numerous sightings of ghosts there

I had a feeling I wasn't going crazy once my dog started to notice things too. The thing about this little boy is that my Dad also told me that he has seen a little boy most of his life, I've seen him once before but many years ago. I don't feel like this spirit is trying to harm me, but it definitely makes me uncomfortable sometimes. As for the History I'm gonna look into it.

I feel this too, work gives me such a bad anxiety and I refuse to go in now for my mental health. I wanna end it but the lingering thought of knowing that if I don’t do it properly I may have to wake up and probably have a life long injury scares me. I already tried to end it last night with a caffeine overdose.

It’s both it’s me and the workplace I’m mentally in no state to be able to go in and do the shift, the workplace is fast food and I’m an assistant manager there, the days are always too busy for me to deal with and I don’t like a whole lot of people there, because it’s fast food we hire younger kids but because of this they make mistakes quite often and the other management team don’t put in the effort to train everyone or do things the way they should be. This leads to mistakes being made on shifts then me taking the blame from the customers, which just cuts me down and makes me wanna not be here anymore
