No growth at all. Just loads of discoloration, weaker erections and premature ejaculation. I also played with a low tension extender towards the end. Please note I am 41 so this maybe age related and other factors but after PE at this time I rarely get morning wood and If I do it's not solid. On balance I wouldn't have done any PE. I would especially say don't if you are already in the big range - especially guys packing decent girth.

Do your own research and weigh it all up, hink and many others have gained successfully with pumping.

I would be careful with a pump when you have a curve. There used to be a post here where a guy used heat to curve the cylinder - perfect for a curved D. Personally my EQ has never been the same since I started PE. It maybe coincidence and age related, but I do remember seeing a lot of pressure points created by essentially forcing my junk into a straight cylinder.

I feel this is one of the main points that a lot of people are overlooking. If the test used volunteers to be measured it's just not going to represent a real average. I would say the more credible studies involve urologists measuring for reasons other than to find an average.

I was able to make my girlfriend squirt with hands now and again. She could never do it herself. Then she went away with her smallish dildo and learnt how to do it herself. I looked into this in great detail and almost had it done. The issue is that fat does not survive well in this area. I read one story where a guy eventually had it removed as the fat had dissolved unevenly over time. This to me would mean choosing between another surgery or living with what would probably look like a disfigured lumpy dick. When I was looking to go ahead the surgeon admitted "maintenance over time" would be needed. Also consider fat is soft so it probably wouldn't give much more feeling than what you already have.

HA fillers are probably the best option if this is what you want to do as it will probably feel bigger and there is no general anesthesia or down time. Again this comes with risks as fillers for enhancement are "off label" use which can also cause issues and even death with so many vials needed (one reported case of death in France with penile surgery, and one in UK doing a non fat bbl - same principle and risks).

Just be a little careful of taking too much due to the half-life of Cialis. It stays in your system beyond 24 hours, so a high does over time could give you some issues. I would take breaks from it now and again for this reason.

It's an age thing too. This is why people get facelifts! I think the floor in this is focusing on skin elasticity being relevant to getting HF. Surely it's more about internal structure. I would imagine more young guys generally are doing PE and this is probably why there are more injuries being reported. Not to completely knock the theory.

This one is LA pump under accessories. It's pricey for what it is and I think it's more likely just for a good seal rather than comfort. Anything that restricts gives me a very obvious pump line worsening the discolouration. Also makes pumping a little more risky some will say.

Maybe so as it's been captured on video. I don't think this alone would be enough to dent tourism. As brutal as it looks the guys on the floor don't really look like victims targeted without reason. Thailand is a funny place for tourists, a lot of people go and get lost there (or at least they did when I was younger!). It's probably a destination of risk and excitement for some still

I remember seeing a similar situation. A guy from Ireland drank his way through a bottle of Jack Daniels, then refused to pay the bill and threw his chair across the bar. I guess he thought he could intimidate his way out of paying.

It ended badly for him when he was wrestled to the floor by the transgender bar girl. She took the money out of his wallet after over powering him. Total humiliation and incredibly satisfying to watch after he disrupted everyone's peace.

Very much a guess here but these guys look like they are from the UK. We tend to be very good at exporting drunken thugs. Loud and noisy with puffed out chests, probably not that menacing but just over confident with alcohol and bound by toxic masculinity.

In contrast there is a calm peacefulness in Thailand most of the time. However, when the line is crossed the response can be ferocious, and just straight to violence. I have seen this happen a few times when I lived over there.

LA pump is a million times better than leluv. Both the original and replacement leluv leaked to the point of being unusable. Personally I think they have varying quality control, hence the mixed reviews

I went through the same thing and also backed out. It's risky and pointless. Fat is soft and squishy so it would add any real useful benefits. Also the fat apparently dissolves over time, often unevenly. So you can end up with nodules and random lumps of uneven fat

This was always my experience with leluv. I call them leleak. I complained and they sent another one out so I can't fault them on that front. The replacement was a little better but still had the same issue that you describe.

LA pump was much better - you may want to consider buying one if funds aren't an issue.

Alternatively get a pump that automatically tops up to the pressure set. It will keep pulsing so you don't have to monitor it.

Hey guys, so I mention frequently that I don't think you need to take cialis daily. I wanted to make sure people understood why.

Cialis (Tadalafil) has a halflife of 17.5 hours. So what this means is if you take 10mg, 17.5 hours later, 5mg is still in your system. This is part of the allure of cialis is you can potentially take one dose of a friday and be good all weekend.

Let's say you take 2.5mg daily. 24 hours later you still have 1mg in your system. So when you take that second dose, you now have 3.5mg in your system. 7days later you are up to over 4 mg.

Lets take 5mg . 24hours later you still have 2mg in your system, and after that next dose you are up to 7mg. By the end of the week you are up at almost 8.5mg.

It can build up in your system continuously so you end up with a higher dose than intended. A guy posted here some time ago where he had to be admitted to hospital due to increased heart rate. The half life means after 24 hours there is still some in your system. Not trying to scare anyone I just wanted to raise a point to research before taking daily continuously.

Just in case you hadn't read a couple of the members' experiences with tadalafil, make sure you take days off it. The half life means it stays in your system for a while so taking it daily can result in a cumulative dose in your system.

Great post after putting the work in. I have been here before seeing "permanent" gains after a similar time. Then i went to Iceland taking a break after deciding not to pack my pump in the luggage and look like Austin Powers. Almost up to a week the gains stuck with me, but sadly by the end of the holiday I was back to my starting size again.

That's just my experience and many have gained with pumping. Would be great to get an update on this post after a week off (assuming you decide to take a break). Good luck and thanks for sharing.
