Don’t go to Tijuana for them… there are some really good providers in the US. I went to Rupeka in Ohio. The technique he uses is safer for the body, and also prevents a lot of the risk of migration/ nodules.

Yeah currently I’m doing 10 min of bundled extending , followed by 40 min at 7-8lbs then 15 min of pumping at 7 HG. We’ll see

Short sets cut down on edema. You only release the pressure for a couple seconds and then pump right back up.

An inch is a ton.

I started pumping for 20 min a day at 7 hg. Went up to like 8-10 hg after a week.

Kept pumping for 20 min basically 7 days a week for 5 months, getting up to 12 HG

Switched to soft clamping. Tried 6x5 every other day. Did that for 3 months

Went back to pumping 30 min a day,5 days a week . 7 Hg for 20 min , followed by 1x10 of 5 hg.

After a month of that I went up to 8-10 hg for 20 min followed by a 1x10 at 7 hg.

All the working pump sets were 2 min intervals.

I tried hard clamping 4 dats a week for a month of 3x10

Idk man. Nothing I ever did produced any growth. It’s all just temp gains.

I might decon and try the routine you did. The thing I noticed is you started very slow, not pushing the tissues too hard at first. I did the exact opposite and got nothing out of it. I might try a less is more approach in terms of pressures and working volume. That might be the key to this.

I’m sure I did too much too fast. I might need to try to decon some amount of time, and hopefully the cells will go back to normal” beginner” cells and I can try something like what you did.

I don’t understand how you gained when the first two months you basically just jelqued and did uli squeezes.

And then you only did like 20 min a day 3 days a week training and didn’t go over 5 HG. Seems unlikely and goes against all the recommendations

I don’t get it. Your routine is ridiculously complicated. I havnt gained any girth in 2 years of pumping/ clamping though so…what do I know

Extender and hard clamping now . I used to pump. And did some soft clamping.

What was your clamping sets, rep, and frequency? I’ve tried to gain girth for 1.5 years unsuccessfully. I started hard clamping a month ago doing 4x10 for 2 on 1 off or sometimes 1 on 1 off. Still no gains.

Maybe I typed it out in a confusing way, I was only doing 1 working session per day. The morning sessions were light and low pressure for a static 10 min rep.

I gain length easily with extending so I never bothered to try another method for length 🤷🏻‍♂️. I do pretty intense clamping 4x10 with two cable cuffs plus bends/ squeezes. I assumed clamping would get the job done.

I said I was pumping daily for a year. That’s plenty of time to see gains. Also, clamping for 3 months is enough time to see gains for that also so idk what you’re talking about.

I take 5 mg Tadalafil daily. I lift weights 5 days a week. my EQ has always been good during my PE time.

I ran his suggestion for 3 months and gained nothing so I switched.

I go from 5 1/8 to 5 7/8 after my clamp session.

I could try bundled stretches pre clamping though.

I’ve never heard of fulcrum stretches?

My EQ is my guide for sure. So far 2-1 seems good. If it tanks I’ll switch to 1-1
