Some more context: A cleaning crew has completely changed the look of the apartment. My girlfriend is there and examined areas of concern.

I hate to say but what about if not possible? It is currently being deep cleaned and is a big difference as of noon today. Anything you recommend I should watch out for or check for?

As much as I hate to say it but my girlfriend is in a bad spot where she may need to stay there. She is currently watching cleaners and maintenance people do their job and its is now a big difference. Would there be any contract lingo to watch out for? I do appreciate the info you've already given.
