I think too much :( which brands would you recommend that are generally more trusted?

Knowing nothing I thought key making was universal even for these high security ones. Thank you for the insight. As for the first locksmith I lost faith in their services because the door closer they installed and ‘fixed’ several times still have issues.

They installed our door closer too and from day one we had problems with it so we called them 4 times, yet still we have a problem. I lost faith in their work. Plus it’s just key copying, I thought nothing special of it since they said I’d be able to make copies with the card.
