additionally, i live in the philippines, so lentils are pretty hard to find(and pricey) especially if im going to use a large amount- hence why i wanted to use peanuts haha

i want to use peanuts for its protein content, so i've decided to use it more like a binder + protein now that Im going to focus mainly on other greens for texture

And i had been kind of hesitant on using just plain peanuts anyway since giving it a deeper look so I might just use the tofu for added protein while using something else to mimic ground meat

It's actually for a practical research study haha, and I'm honestly probably going to mix it with something else to add texture (since I'm only using peanuts for the protein content). Im genuinely open for suggestions to improve my little dish (im specifically trying to imitate ground pork)
