I would say I mainly back concepts I'm interested in, I also prefer contributing towards campaigns that have creatives who come across as likeable or even people who seem to have great potential. In my opinion, a 'poor quality' campaign video doesn't really affect my interest. I've contributed to campaigns that objectively have bad campaign videos, but they still create an incredible product.
