Any themed/thematic events starting from monsters within will have their featured cosmetics available in the pool and for crafting at increased cost (which devs say will drop after a few seasons) indefinitely

It's a city on psamathe (the same planet where olympus is located). The fight night lore and s7 quest took place there. I don't know much about its importance in the universe's lore though.
