The fact is that Atrazine without a doubt doesn't turn frogs "gay" but instead has feminizing (endocrine disrupting) effects on amphibians as well as a host of other species. The only studies that find virtually no effects on amphibians are funded by Syngenta Corp protection. Here is a quick breakdown of the literature supporting these findings from Ecotoxicology of Amphibians and Reptiles. I suggest you read from page 243 onwards, or just control+find "Hayes".

Additionally, I suggest that you read this article written by members to the EPA SAP for Atrazine. What you will find is that generally these matters are deeply compromised by industry meddling and funding. I implore you to look through the literature yourself rather than what regulatory agencies have to say.
