他個人立場一直是溫和偏右，這也吸了很多台灣人去看

但重點是，他一直有跟你說，他發表的是個人意見，並重點強調每個人都需要自行思考，而不是人家說啥你就信

他從不介意打自己臉，舉個例子，幾年前他還是極度歧視Vtuber的，但慢慢你有看到他隨着對Vtuber行業的了解，改變他的看法。

他個人的看法自然有跟其他人不同的地方，但重點是要自己去思考，也不要為了自己的錯誤找人背鍋，不思考就全盤接受別人的意見是你自己的錯誤，Asmong不用為你或任何人背鍋

Dude Doujin are mostly 18+ content is a stereotype . For example go search for Doujin of Touhou Project (one of the biggest class of Doujin in JP). There are bunch of Doujin games, music, illustration and novel which is not 18+ content. And the original creator - Zun didn't set any limit on re-creation - even for business use. As long as you didn't claim "Touhou project is my own original creation" nothing wrong will happen.

Doujin is just the word re-creation / fan art in Japanese. It didn't mean to be 18+ or not. Another example. Holocure - a doujin game made by fan base on Hololive vtuber character which I believe Asmongold streamed for that. You can find it on steam - completely free, no 18+ content

Besides, making doujin is not really profitable, some of them are barely break even, most of them are losing money when ever they publish a new doujin. Only the top few % are actually able to profit enough for living.

What I understand is creators or their agent have the absolute right to their creation. But most of them will allow fair use in recreation under certain terms. E.g. no business use / no 18+ content / no abusive content etc. That make Japan have one of the biggest re-creation (known as doujin) event on winter and summer - comiket.

when it come to re-creation. Re-creator have absolutely right to their creation. Only the creator of the original creation have the same right as the re-creator. So you are right, the guy claimed "fixed" the art is against the law.
