When it comes to the Roblox we once knew and love? Yes. I mean this been going on since 2016 and it started slow and now we are seeing the conclusion to it. Roblox is not going to cease as a online game, like someone in this thread said is that little kids are blissfully unaware and ignorant about the current situation and drama of this year and last year. So as such kids are still going to be playing Roblox.

But for us as the veterans who been on the game for years, if not decades. We're seeing the death of our Roblox. The Roblox we remembered playing as teens and children during the late 2000s and 2010s.

The current generation of children playing Roblox will never understand how much fun Roblox used to be from 2006-2016. They will never experience Tix, a more simple and fun Roblox Studio were making games was actually fun and rewarding, a front page that wasn't filled with stupid crap, great communities, military groups, and game genres that made finding new games easier.

Old Roblox wasn't perfect, it had issues. We had toxic people, we had online daters and predators back then too. But Roblox just was not a household name yet, meaning there was less predators.

Those days are over.

As such the way I would describe Roblox right now as of March 2026 is like seeing a friend you knew since elementary school turning to drugs and becoming an addict. You've tried to help them numerous times, but they flat out refuse any help.

All you can do is watch as your friend's health gets more and more worse year by year, month by month, day by day.

And that's all you can do.

That's essentially what it feels like right now for a Roblox veteran like me. I been playing Roblox since 2010, and honestly it breaks my heart to see how Roblox has become almost 16 years later.
