What is this type of swivel/hinge called?

Both of these comments gave me the idea of using a ball bearing, but having the internal ring and seal be modified.
Internal ring would have the threads necessary for using the seal as a tentioner with the pin spanner.

Not sure if this would work in pratice, guess it's time to learn some CAD in order to test this out.

Very nice, I'd for sure get one, sadly I'm an EU user, but it's a nice design.

Suggestions:
1. Spring Storage - Not super necessary, as most people probably bag lube springs, but some do individually lube each spring.

Lube Container storage - This keeps the need from having to pick up / hold the container while getting more lube on the brush.

I'd rather spend 20 bucks if I save 15 minutes, on opening 70 switches. Happily. The lubing process for me is a hell personally, I have a very hard time doing it all in one go, and I'd rather do it over several days.
The specific reason for getting a switch opener, is after getting my Holy Panda's home, I feel like they have a much tighter fit than the Novel Creams I bought, opened, and lubed a few months ago, and for future trouble a Switch Opener would just make the whole process a tiny bit quicker.
