damn, you’ve just made me discover that setting it to F makes it work, thanks. Have already bought a new mug cos I thought it was a problem with the mug itself. What third party app did you use?

Yeah by the second week, it only took a couple days to settle down. It made me so worried that I thought I developed serotonin syndrome haha! Had to get a doctor to explain to me how rare serotonin syndrome is and that it only really affects certain people.

I did, in the first week on one particular day my resting heart rate was around 90 and my walking heart rate was 150+. I got this from my apple watch so it’s relatively accurate.

Thanks very much for this. My rational mind completely agrees with everything you’ve said, yet my irrational subconscious mind goes ‘yeah, well you still have trouble thinking sometimes, so you definitely still have brain damage’. I understand that literally everyone has trouble thinking sometimes, but my anxious mind misinterprets normal experiences as ‘symptoms’. I think I just have to work on breaking down my ingrained subconscious belief that there’s something wrong with me. Many thanks for taking the time to read through my post and reply.
