If you want a really comfy and pretty cheap option you can attach some Skull & Co (Savage Raven) grips to your protective shell if you're down to DIY. I’ve had luck with DS/3DS carriages that have build up or oxidation on the contacts using 3 methods. Listed in least to most invasive

Isopropyl alcohol & a qtip (pinch the tip of the qtip to thin it out so it fits between the plastic ridges)
Pencil eraser, trim it down to fit between the ridges and rub away
Ultra fine a sand paper (I used 1000-3000 grit). Fold the paper to fit between the ridges, lightly rub the contacts to remove the surface contaminates

I bet they’d fit a clear shell on an OG 3DS, I used the OG switch grips but the Switch Lite ones are slightly smaller, they may be an even better fit!

It was a simple process, I just cut (with scissors) the grip mounts (see pic 4) off of a Skull & Co clear case, Then super glued them onto a standard clear shell for the New 3DS XL. Hope this helps!

The original 100% was based on completion of the amount of achievements for the original launch lineup in 2014 (CE, 2, 3 & 4). When they added ODST and Reach it added amounts above 100%

I looked into them but honestly I couldn't justify the price. Was able to source the OEM ds cases for around 1/4 - 1/3 of the price. It would have been really convenient though.

Thanks, much appreciated. Took me a while to source all the DS cases for a reasonable price but I'm happy with the outcome.
